Doesn't sound very promising. And when did pink hamburgers become OK? Last time I checked, grinding beef was the best way to the the shit on the outside of your steak laced throughout. By shit, of course, I mean SHIT, like E. coli. We forget so quickly... but, hate to be the bearer of bad news, even bourgeois cows are covered in shit.

Seriously? You don't eat many burgers, do you? Your list misses the mark by miles, for great PDX burgers.

I had the boar burger at Over The Top last week. It was the best burger I've ever had in Portland.

It's not a 'best of pdx' list.

I've hit two of these in the last week, and I was glad to see them on the list, Killer Burger and Over the Top are tops in my burger book.

Bacon is a definite necessity on the Peanut Butter, Bacon, Pickle burger at Killer. Too tasty.

I had a lamb burger at OTT that was scrumptious, covered in goat cheese, prosciutto and goodness. Perfectly done goodness, and try the tempura bacon. omnomnom.

I've tried a couple of these and now I'll have to try the others. I LOVED the Peanutbutter Burger at Killer Burger. Its worth highlighting in your article. Amazing how those ingredients work together. I agree with an above post- the bacon is a necessity! Apparently they (Killer Burger) put bacon on EVERY burger- my kind of place.

iamdox, E coli is everywhere including lettuce and spinach, which have little to do with cows
