Sadly, the people at Fred Meyers or other grocery stores are not allowed to ask about people's reasons for having the dog there. This has allowed it to get way out of control.

Might as well get used to it… I hear airports are going to install "Pet Relieving Stations" for all the insane people who "need" their pets in order to fly.
