This was the most confusing IA I've ever read. Such a long list of complaints regarding other people and yet you feel as if nothing can be done. If that's true, why not move? If you don't want to move, then either shut up or do something about it... call the police for harassment, city for property maintenance or housing code violations, maybe the Fair Housing Council or Community Alliance of Tenants for housing discrimination concerns. By the way, No Cause Evictions only apply if you're on a month-to-month lease.

I mean, really, can't you figure this stuff out on your own?
