It's all true. And you thought most people in this town don't wear ties just because they're slobs? No. It is cultural sensitivity at work.

I thought ties were just an invitation to be strangled on site. A kind of "corporate leash/noose". Though EE's theory does seem to hold some weight when you consider that Donald Trump wears his ties down to his zipper...
