The fundamental principle of "cutting off" means to take possession of the lane/spot prematurely (IE: with short or no notice). Cutting someone off doesn't imply a law has been broken nor does it imply someone was put in danger. It merely means someone made a bad call and the other vehicle (or bike in this situation) managed to slow down or avoid by means of watching the road. Lets not forget, that your rant is completely based on the fact that you were the aggressor. The drivers response wasn't a wise one, going down for vehicular assault or manslaughter isn't worth it over a pissed off biker.
