Yes, people like to play fetch with their furry friends at the park sometimes when there's no one around. Big deal. What actually is annoying though, is when kids run straight at any random dog and expect it to immediately greet them with a face lick. Then if a dog gives them a warning bark, the parents usher them away like they've just been brutalized. TEACH YOUR DAMN KIDS NOT TO RUN AT DOGS! I don't understand it. Just like you wouldn't automatically reach your hand out to pet a stray animal, why the hell would you run directly at at a dog, even one on a leash? If your kids behave and give it space, there's no reason the dog would react negatively. So stop blaming us dog owners for your stupid kids and poor parenting skills. Also I'm pretty sure my dogs are trained better than your human children. So please.
