too many bottlenecks. Too many traffic lights right after bottlenecks. Too many construction permits granted by the city at one time in a condensed area. Too many people who don't know how to drive. Too many people period. Too many buses on one lane roads. Too many rules and regulations for bus drivers that cause them to sit at a stop impeding traffic as they wait for their travel clock to catch up if they are ahead of schedule. Too many cops sitting at Starbucks instead of ticketing people who are staring at their phones while driving. Back to people, too many who aren't comfortable at all driving. Too many people who never learned defensive driving and don't understand the necessity of the zipper-merge. Too many pedestrians who are convinced it's legal to walk in front of moving cars, too many cyclists who think they are a car. Too many things I've said already yet still doesn't approach all the issues.
