Portland Bazaar: Clothing, home goods, accessories, books, vintage, fine art, wine, and more will all be for sale this weekend at the Sandbox Studio in Northeast Portland. The Bazaar will also offer a few amazing classes- my faves include: holiday wreath making; build your own terrarium (umm yes please!), and paper lantern making class. Classes are limited to 15 people so sign up here if you want to reserve a spot. Some of the fabulous vendors include Woonwinkel, xobruno, Bridge & Burn, Yo Vintage! + many, many more! The event is kicking off Saturday, December 10th at 9am and going through Sunday, December 11th 6pm. Come one come all, this is a bazaar not to be missed. The event is located inside Sandbox Studios at 420 NE 9th Avenue.
Tannenbaum Madness: On Friday night head over to Alberta Street for a walking window tour filled with whimsical holiday trees. Over thirty Alberta Street businesses between NE 13th and NE 31st Avenue are participating in this years festivities. Carolers will be serenading the streets with holiday hymns, while you can stop by the shops, galleries and restaurants that will be open in conjunction with ‘Shop Local Shop late on Alberta Street,” staying open till 8pm on Fridays in December.
