Sad, but not surprising, that there's no mention of One Trick Pony, Simon's semi-autobiographical movie about his frustrations with his place in the music business near the end of "phase 2 Simon."

He also opposed the cultural boycott of apartheid in South Africa because he thought Mandela was a communist on the say-so of his 'friend Henry Kissinger' according to Stevie Van Zandt (who still hates him for it, apparently) http://dansolomon.com/post/70217950210/t…
