"Midian" on the other hand should be raped to death by camels, or something. Shit music, shit attitude. Midian were probably just pissed off that someone with a slightly similar name made music that is actually really f**king good, whereas they make generic slabs of wank. It's NOT the same name because it isn't spelled the same! Absolutely ridiculous!

It makes me think what the f**k is going on in the U.S. This sort of case (where the case is so OBVIOUSLY ridiculous) would never happen in most other countries outside the U.S. Try it here in the U.K. and you'd get laughed at, then booted out the door...
