I had a minor altercation(verbal) with an ARMED disgruntled Securitas security guard while driving a taxi(working). The Mercury reported on it and the not-a cop ended up having a criminal record that should have prevented him from carrying a gun especially as a whatever-a-cop, out protecting the public?! I thought a couple of state representatives promised to address this in the 2009 state legislature, Representative Chip Shields and Senator Vicki Walker. Here is even more compelling evidence why we do not need armed security guards harassing people in Portland. And please teach them to ride their bicycles!!!
