WOW, really?! so let me get this straight: ANDREA HUERFANO was brought over here by her family when she was only 14. They were fleeing politican persecution in Columbia [which is a damned good reason for seeking asylum]. Her dad started filing the proper legal papers, but dies. Her mom re-marries, but somehow HUERFANO herself does not qualify for asylum. So she's pretty-much left in the lurch.

And what's really fucked up about this is, she got snatched up while attemping to pay a goddamn parking ticket! Had she been a common delinquent & ignored the ticket like most AMERICANS do/would, she'd never have such trouble!

This fucking sucks. Is there anyway we can help out? Possibly a link to a petition or place we can donate?

Please tell us what we can do to help this woman; I want to keep her here (if she wants to stay).
