So the planners spent a year jerking everyone off, and then came up with exact same plan they dictated in the beginning? I am so very shocked by that outcome.
N. Williams, one lane and 20 mph. Just when I think the City can get no stupider, it always comes through. Isn't it fun to the impotent subject of someone else's game of SimCity?
The dumbest part is moving the bike lane to the left side of the street right before they build a New Seasons at Fremont. What a bunch of fucking morons. It was fine the way it was.
As a cyclist who uses N. Williams on a daily basis and one who has been doored countless times by careless drivers (excursively on the stretch between Beech and Shaver), I welcome the 3' buffer zone. The rest of plan I'm not so sure about.
