Considering that the Tri Cities has the greatest concentration of Masters and Doctoral-level scientists and engineers actively working on Hanford cleanup, it's pretty insulting for Caldicott to think that SHE is going to educate US! Further, a special Washington State Department of Health special report finds NO levels of radionuclides in the Columbia River worth much more than normal background -- in other words, zero threat. These aren't my facts, they are independently verifiable facts. Anybody -- even Caldicott -- can look them up. The Columbia River flows past Portland at over 200,000 cubic feet a SECOND! Nothing likely to get to the river poses the slightest threat to anyone!
