The cause of the problem of over crowding is prodigious frivolous charges, such as sleeping on dogshit in the park, and smoking grass. Subsequently, as a further result, no one's Right to a speedy trial is ever honored.

If the Pigs only arrested criminals instead of the victimless accused, then there would be ample time for the prosecutors and courts to conduct speedy trials.

Anyone incarcerated who didn't receive a trial within 48 hours of having been arrested, must be released, and fairly compensated for unlawful detention. The Sheriff and his accomplices need to repay the stolen money or stand trial forthwith.
