How about slashing the overtime pay those fat lazy incorrigible jail guards make at the Multnomah county jails? They do a whole lot of nothing and still make the most money out of all of Multnomah county law enforcement officers, sometimes more than doubling their salaries while they sit around in a chair all day doing double shifts babysitting miscreants and malcontents.
