Good job documenting that the City proceeded with malice aforethought. The Mayor and Council ought to be criminally prosecute, and personally sued. As long as they continue to fuck up like this, they keep getting kick backs from further projects.

Or should I say the County? Hell, the City and State were aware of the problem, and they didn't do shit about it, either. They are all guilty of conspiracy. It's a wonder that nobody's been killed. Or have they?
