Besides if they give him a reason to fire them then that's on them. sounds about like a normal job to me. I applied for the marines when 19 soldiers a day were dying in Iraq- the marines loved me but MEPS didn't accept me because of a psychologist's determination that I "would not respond well to authority". i.e. they want people who respond to doing what they are told and some former military people have trouble functioning outside of that environment.
