There can be no crime without a victim. End the prohibition on Cannabis and prostitution and then see if the poor get convicted of more crimes than those who can afford a proper defense.

a) "call on neutral public servants to inform them", I'm not sure there are any neutral public servants; and b) is it true that black people tend to have their barbecues in the front yard, white people tend to have their barbecues in the back yard? If they use drugs at the barbecue at equal rates, who is more likely to be arrested for it?

The only fair way to sort this out is with a proper legal defense before a Jury of one's peers, which never happens unless you're rich, or rich enough from killing your husband to be able to afford to bribe the police, like the infamous wife of that popular, Seattle grunge performer.
