The Race Card?

What about the emails referring to blacks as "colored"? Thats the problem with white Portland. You guys think this is "progress". The individuals who authored those communications still work for the city. While I think Graham shoud have got fired, its funny that this paper and the Oregonian aren't trying to find out more about those emails, which in some way, are worse than what Donald Sterling had to say.
