My partner and I have a small business that only pulls in 55k BEFORE taxes and this is our SOLE income. Do I want to pay for a street fee with Hales and Novick won't even commit to reviewing their budget and cutting wasteful spending? Nope. And Amanda Fritz can forget having our support for her parks fee/tax vote this November--since Hales is pulling $$ from parks to fund pet projects and since she won't commit to voting to let the street fee go to ballot.

Look, the city has mismanaged their money now they want tax payer to bail them out. The only ETHICAL way to do this is to let the citizens vote.
Anything else is tyranny.
