The Art of Political Promises

Wait a sec... this Tax was sold to the public to help school kids, and though I too have a friend at the RACC, I find this complaining complete bullshit.

With all due respect to the RACC, I would also question the effectiveness of the organization itself, as I find most often that real "Art" happens without government or grants to promote it.
The only thing I can say that I find worth in is the structure at the east end of the Hawthorne Bridge... aside from that....?....

The shortfall needs a bailout, and the money comes from where? How about the money goes to where it's suppose to go, and the bailout goes to where ever the tax money actually went? For that matter, if there's all this bail out money lying around, then there's no need for the tax in the first place.
