Personally I am sick of this "never walked in our shoes" attitude put on by not just Daryl Turner but by any cops, anywhere. The fact is when you are living on the same streets that police and the City often designate as 'high crime' areas you have just as much of a target on your back as any cop. Statistically you are more likely to be a target of crime by someone of your own race and class; so know that we do walk in those same shoes, on those same beats. In fact we live in those shoes, we don't get to go home and take them off in Tigard or Battleground and be glad we made it home that day.

Why ask to be bullshitted? Portland needs to withdraw from the JTTF and cut the crap.
