I have no love for Hales but I do not see why we should expect progressive reform from a guy born and raised in obscene wealth who never had a real job. I predict Mayor Wheeler solves the street problem on the backs of the poor somehow, and his solution to unaffordable housing somehow involves giveaways to rich developers.
