So members of PPCOA will be subjected to the same random drug tests as the rank & file of the Portland Police Gestapo (PPG). Which completely excludes steroids, btw. So, as long as they don't smoke pot, drop acid, or shoot heroin they should be in the clear. But then again, those aren't the real issues to begin with, are they?
