Thanks for mentioning Centaurpalooza on Sunday. My band is playing that day and it's great to get some notice. One mistake, though, is that the festival runs all weekend - starting tonight at 9pm at Katie O'Brien's with a warm up evening, continuing all Saturday, from noon to 6pm or so, followed by yet another after party at Katie O's, again starting at 9pm. Then Sunday goes from noon to just after 6pm again. There's nearly 36 bands playing, including the incredible Last Regiment of Syncopated Drummer, from Oregon and Washington, and it is totally free, all ages, and BYOB. It's great fun and has been running for years now. If you are a fan of local music, you shouldn't miss a minute of this amazing event as all the bands are great in their own way. I am always curious in this day and age how people get there positions in life and employment. Particularly when I read "articles" like the above regarding Eddie Vedder and Pearl Jam.
Opinion (like or dislike) of a band, singer or what have you often leaves you wondering where a person's perspective lies.
Then I read the rest of the "articles" and it all became a lot more clear. This is someones attempt to be witty and seem intelligent regarding elements they clearly have no knowledge of. Music in general seems to be something you don't have a lot of knowledge on.

Just got back from the East End show. Review as follows:
Bike Thief- Definitely the hit of the night. 50-60 people roaring in unison for these guys. Looking forward for more of their stuff. The impromptu birthday song at the end of their set was adorable.
Liquid Lights- Thought these guys were rad! A bit too low on the vocals, but It felt good being nostalgic for the 90's
Foreign Orange- I thought these guys were okay at best, but I applaud their effort
Beisbol- Great/dancey band. It felt super charged up and they were a blast to watch.
