I legally carry a gun. If I were to witness a faux kidnapping in progress I would probably respond with lethal force to prevent it from occurring. Then, someone would be dead or wounded and I'd likely be on my way to the local crossbar hotel for manslaughter or attempted murder.

I completely agree with the article.... I just went to the Alibi last night and waited almost 2 hours, never got to sing. The gypsy is the same way, if you plan on singing then be there by 10:30 at the latest and put your request in. The problem is at the Alibi, there were the same people going up, and the rest of us just sank deeper into our Mai Tai concoction that promotes fantasy singing urge! What the heck!

If the High school coaches allowed their girls to crossover, meaning do both All-Star and High School cheer, they would keep the best athletes at their High School and would be more competitive. Every All-Star gym would be happy to work with the coaches at the High School level.
ALMOST every High School Coach in the Portland area makes the cheerleaders choose between High School Cheer or All-Star Cheer.
Almost every other sport allows the athlete to play club sports as well as High School sports. If you are a soccer player you are allowed to play for a soccer club as well.

Perhaps it is you that is ignorant; it is not Russians or any particular group of immigrants that is particularly "rude and ignorant", but it is the inherent strife in the life of an immigrant acclimating to another culture's law, language, and life, that can cause frustration. Whether it is fair or ignorant or rude is indisputable; do not take it personally and make stereotyped accusations, do something productive by helping someone who looks like he or she might be having a bad day.

Since the electorate is driven by sound-bites and not thoughtful discussion this is a PR dream come true for those against gay-marriage. Now they can link "monkey marriage" to gay marriage. A real PR bonanza. Given the political climate for this issue, this is such an incredibly bad idea its hard to believe that the Zoo keepers aren't in fact supporters of some sort of anti-gay marriage legislation. If not, its very sad that they did not get some counsel from the HRC before they acted on this.

There was a wonderful page that could have given you a full story.. it was called The Aftermath of DS- Max who was the parent company. I was watching the employment of the people who worked their tails off for all of these companies and read all the horror stories. The more I read, the more upset I got, and being an attorney I decided to pull in some strings.... well I got one operation down, but they were back 2 months later with a new crew.. not sure they are doing as well.
This company began in the 1970s or 80s with 3 greest worms in Canada. They ran an system, and after two quit, the third one.. I think his name is Larry decided to pursue this company onto a new plateau. So the pyramid experience was born. it expanded and expanded, and it continues to this day. There are operations like this not only all over the US, but all over the world! I read from people stories in the UK, France, Germany, etc. How could people do this, and did people every Not get it.
I know one operation started to unfold, and then one day in the heat of the recession the whole operation blew up with the manager screaming at the top of his lungs..and everyone had been working so hard, with no benefits, etc.. so they walked out and never returned.. Good For THEM!!!
People were really upset by all of this, and so in an effort to heal, people wrote their stories one by one. Even people who had only interviewed found the experience to be stressful.
I am sorry that this website of the aftermath of DS-Max came off the computer because it listed ALL the companies One by ONE, and the owners of them as to how the companies operated.... and it was all the same!
I see someone maybe wrote a book, this should be a MOVIE!!!
