Re: “Dr. Cornel West

What caused Barack Obama to turn against the late Libyan dictator, Muammar Gadhafi?

What is clear is that the moment Gadhafi became inconvenient to the Muslim Brotherhood, Gadhafi became inconvenient to Obama.

Re: “Dr. Cornel West

Cornel West, an adviser to Farrakhan, also had been an adviser to Obama’s 2008 campaign and is a close Obama associate and personal friend.

According to reports in 1996 from Libya’s news agency, JANA, Farrakhan and Gadhafi agreed to work together to mobilize “oppressed blacks, Arabs, Muslims and Red Indians” to help reshape U.S. foreign policy.

Re: “Krampus Nacht Ball

What a waste of $, I can't believe I paid to get into this! Even alcohol couldn't make this event interesting. Next year, I'll just take my $ and go to Austria for some real Krampus Nacht.

Re: “Federale, Point Juncture WA and The Shivas

This show was rad! I wore my cowgirl boots especially for the occasion and was happy to see other audience members following suit for the occasion. I decided to go last minute and walked out with their new album on vinyl! Thanks for the heads up on this show.

Re: “Inviting Desire: The Dawn of Sex

I found this show to be very well written and played. Celebrating women’s sexuality in so many dimensions, it revealed a wide variety of emotions, normalized and legitimized so called forbidden sexual desires and delved into where our personal sexual proclivities intersect with cultural and interpersonal relationship norms and concerns.
While there were many laughs and several moments of sheer orgasmic revelry, thematically the production centered on the importance of being not only true to oneself, but sharing and exploring those truths vulnerably to and with our beloveds.
Go see it. It’s a genuine gem that I hope tours, gets well filmed and distributed. It's provoking me to think about how I can more authentically live my life in terms of sexual expression, in the context of my intimate relationship.

Elliot Tinsley (Very Little Daylight) is such a talented artist, filling the the room with raw emotion. An innovative, 2012 twist on Grunge
