@DamosA: You mean like the Fruit of Islam?
@Clifton Brooks: As a white cis-gendered college-educated male in America, I have the authority to talk on any topic I desire; especially on the topics of oppressed peoples. So sit down, and let me tell you about what it's like to be a person of color.
Graham, I don't believe you even have the authority to comment on race.
Black guy in bow tie would be very un-nerving, actually. So would White guy in bow tie.
@Clifton Brooks: This movie has evil yellow people, not evil brown people. If you're going to complain about other people's casual racism, check your own casual racism first.
I've been assuming that Franco is just channeling Gary Oldman's character in "True Romance." That's what it sounds like, anyway.
DamosA, what would be the opposite bad omen? Black guy with a bow tie?
You reviewed this because Erik was gonna run the gun pic again, right?
Oh wow. Another Hollywood blockbuster featuring eeeeevvvviiil Brown foreign people and a single great White savior! Where oh where on Jesus' blessed green Earth has such a masterpiece of American cinema been all my life?
Right quick, White guy in corn-rows = very bad omen for movie. And also, what kind of name is "Harmony" for a dude?
This is the top story? Great view from up here!
Best performance ever caught on film:
The Thorn Bird Sings
This was amazing, everyone-should-see-it type-stuff. Hyphen.
I guess the reviewer missed the HBO triology covering the crime, trial, incarceration and release of the WM3. It was better done, more researched and for God's sake, it's been 20 years. Check out "Paradise Lost" at your local library. As for DamosA, Are you new to Portland? I've seen your postings and you seem dumb as fuck, you think Tarentino sucks, go whack off to a crappy Spike Lee movie, "Do the right thing" is nearly 25 years old and he hasn't done much since besides cry about much more talented directors.
I'll try, but shit like this is soo goddamned infuriating! And believe me, being a devout godless Heathen having grown up in the filthy nasty South (GA), I can relate to the plight of the WM3.
Why the fuck is there a christian ad at the bottom of this article?! I'm on a school computer, so I know it's not just MY pc being spammed.
Penelope Spheeris is a great director, and friend. i am happy that she is being honored. and The Decline was a great movie, along with Waynes World, etc.
You can pin a badge on excrement and it's still excrement.
Thanks for this article.
Humphreys and Nice were also part of these incidents:
Humphreys knocks a woman down for alleged fare jumping on the MAX. The ticket machine was broken.
Kyle Nice is involved in a road rage incident where he pulled out his weapon.
Also lets not forget the I am Chris Humphreys Rally:
That's my attempt at the emoticon.
