I wish they'd chop down those fucking ugly trees cluttering the view of Memorial Coliseum while they're at it.

Oh, but you can't chop down trees in Portland, Oregon. I forgot.

I was in the bank on Denver today and saw the destruction. Like, did they ASK anyone if they wanted to replant those trees? I need some trees, goddamit.

What about Friends of Trees, all about planting trees in the neighborhood, didn't they want those trees?
Hey, I have transplanted a young hazelnut tree with the help of eight people, it was fun. I thought we needed full employment.

Watching those young trees go into a chipper was dreadful. The bank manager agreed.

I like how the Christmas lights, lit in August downtown, have been turned on 24/7 since. Keeps Oregon thinking about sustainability!
