Releasing this seems like a gross violation of privacy, especially given that the AG has declined to prosecute.
I think that Sam’s turned out to be a shit mayor, and deserves to get recalled for many reasons (foremost being vote-trading on the Sellwood Bridge), but he's entitled to privacy on personal matters, especially now that the Breedlove issue is essentially closed.
