23 Hoyt would go out of business if it wasnt tied to Bruce Carey. The ambiance is well designed but i dont go out to eat to stare at the walls, I also enjoy good food. But the menu was filled with fried this and fried that. It was like applebees in a nice building. From apps to entrees everyone at my table was disappointed. I also ordered multiple things off the menu that they were sold out of or didnt have. There happy hour is decent because it is a reduction of the dinner menu and priced accurately, however there are only about 7 tables for happy hour so you end up waiting 20 min for fried green beans. Does bruce carey taste his own food????
