Con-Way owns the property fair and square. For better or worse they can undertake a brave new monstrosity such as this if they so choose.
That said, my own fondness of the NW Industrial Area died not long after Drugstore Cowboy anyway. I really ain't gonna lose any sleep over it.

I'm proud to have voted for Tres back in '92 when he ran against Vera Katz, et al on the platform of boat-in movies on the Morrison Bridge and a loop-the-loop on the MAX line. Given my level of dissatisfaction with the current crop of mayoral candidates I'd be happy to vote for him again.
