Brazenly Berating Bilbo Baggins by Berlin's Bakery
I liked First Class okay. The Wolverine was great until the last half. The finale was stupid.
I have hopes. Not high hopes, mind you. But hopes for this one.
I saw the Lagoon game. It looks interesting, but not enough to back it. I hope someone else does so I can play it.
Definitely backing the Keith Baker RPG when it goes live. Having had a few chances now to play it, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite systems.
Thanks Angela! And congratulations again on your Kickstarter success!
I'm really excited at the prospect of Kickstarter+iDevice Adventure games. I've fallen out of playing most modern games because the elements of story seem mainly lost in a shoot-em-up, steal the cop car world (I fully acknowledge this statement as a cane shake).
Now to find the time to play the good games without sacrificing the good tabletop games time...
I know it's early, but I nominate this as comment thread of the year. It's been awhile since I laughed this hard.
I found an Artemis of the Wildland letter awhile back. Shrug.
This is amazing. I've never heard a Ke$sha song. But I need to play this game.
My mom had Spellbound do flowers at a private party last week. They brought an obviously damaged vase that scratched the shit of her wooden table. I wouldn't care but I'm getting that table later this year as a hand-me-down. So that was a bit of a let-down, personally.
Anyway, nice enough people. The arrangements were better than average. I don't know what the price was paid. But considering the flower market in Portland, you can easily get cut flowers from New Seasons and put them together yourself and save some money. Or even ask New Seasons staff to arrange for you. Their floristry skills are hit-and-miss, but I've had good luck at the Hawthorne and Seven Corners locations (in terms of skilled florists).
