Sadly, this place seems to have followed the economy down a few months ago. The menu is a fraction of its former glory, and prices are now a full grade higher than the quality of the food, which is not what it once was.
I guess it says a lot that when my daughter took me to a nearby Red Lobster for Fathers' Day, the parking lot was full and the waiting line long. But at Newport Seafood grill, there was LOTS of parking, no wait, and the foghorn voices of the people near us echoed off the walls of a mostly empty room.
