I've been to the Green Dragon twice, including most recently on 7/20/2010.
Food - only ate french fries. They were hot and tasty. Other food that I saw was mediocre, and the kitchen shuts down to happy hour (fried) only at 9pm.
Beverage - 50 taps, six of which were out. Beer was expensive - $5/pint across the board. Only craft brews on tap, don't go expecting any wine, liquor, cheap beer. Also, their own brewing equipment is now up and house beer should be available in 3-4 weeks.
Building - Open space, former warehouse. Large back patio with picnic tables, benches. Dogs allowed, smoky out back. Plenty of board games to be had. Shuffleboard.
Service - I haven't had the crap service the other reviewers have. The bartenders were quick to help and poured a proper pint. The waitresses stopped by enough, although I wouldn't accuse them of moving too fast. No one else in the joint seemed to be upset or stomping out.
Overall - Beer price needs to come down to $4/pint. Service could be better, but it isn't horrific. I'm in the opinion that I hope it quietly gets better/cheaper there so that I may enjoy it until it gets popular.
