I just had the worst experience ever at Dove Vivi. I have been a proud supporter of this place from day one but unfortunately it appears it is not a family friendly place anymore. It appears that kids are not welcomed. You should post that on your website, Dove Vivi. Post this: " If you have kids, sit outside or don't come at all" If it takes you over 1/2 hour when the restaurant is slow to get the pizza out, yes, kids will get bored and walk about. You can't tell me that i can not let my kid walk about. I am right behind them. Safety... what are you talking about? I was basically asked to eat outside. Nobody seemed bothered but the two waitresses. Too sad when apologies don't even come your way. From the moment i walked in with my kids i might as well had the plague. She was not inviting at all. What the heck! You can have great food but if you do not know how to treat customers - it will get out. Think about it. I will be making sure my circle of friends know how terrible you are. Too bad. I feel sad about this but i can't support you anymore. Get some new staff in there or just quit if you don't know how or don't want to serve people. Find a job where you don't have to be polite. Don't ask me if i want to sit outside, I choose to sit inside. I am a adult and know what is best for my kids. Outside is right next to cars and a parking lot. You think that is safe? Let parents, parent and you just serve up the damn pizza with a smile! Unbelievable!
