this is a good toaster. Although I like this youtube toaster even better
Oh yea, and I laughed a lot too!
I saw this last night and loved it too. I had no idea what to expect, until I read the show description while I waited in line and thought "Ehhhhh, shit," and made a point to sit towards the back of the theater in case I wanted to duck out midway. However I really enjoyed it, and I really found myself thinking. The intimacy between the two of them is so INTENSE, raw, and confusing—they're like antagonistic brothers, but also, like lovers? I've seen a lot of dances that are about COUPLES, and intimate relationships, and yadda, yadda, yadda, yadda, but Still Standing was the richest, the most perplexing, ALSO...the most entertaining! (Gui is a really great showman.)
I can easily say I will never see a show like this again, which I'm okay with, but I'm really glad I saw it this time—I definitely won't forget it. Who knew penis-twisting and nose-picking could leave such a lasting impression...
Wow, so eye-opening and odd to see the scenes without CG--I love that tumblr. Thanks for sharing
yea. yikes. it's strange how this looks absolutely nothing like cheryl strayed. but even more strange that it looks like NO ONE at all--it's one of those weirdly generic faces that only a computer can make.
Minneapolis's sculpture garden is great. And their science museum (k, that's actually in St. Paul) is really good--it has a staircase where each step plays a musical note when you walk on it! It's like that scene in BIG, with the giant keyboard, but better, because the giant keyboard is... a staircase. There's First Avenue, MIA and the Walker too.
Mall of America was more charming when there was Camp Snoopy and a giant inflatable Snoopy
isn't this a scene from Bamboozled?
