Way to clump an entire genre of people from different walks of life and learning into one category. Portland is beautiful so we should keep it clean by recycling your dumb ass out with the compost you intolerant fuck. Mind your own damn business.

WS. Point taken. My reasoning was that not everyone who smokes is an evil doing, society hating menace, as the IA'er seems to imply. There are nurses, doctors, accountants, volunteer workers, who smoke. My own mom smoked for a gazillion years and died from ovarian cancer. Sure smoking is avoidable, but the brashness of "die already" is unacceptable and frankly more sociopathic than the action of throwing a butt into the street.
