Sub Zero, in Portland? Really? Sub freezing, even rarely. However when the temperature plummets to the Heineken serving temperature of 45 degrees in San Francisco, the TV news covers the story of the van that goes around to scoop up all the homeless off the street to force them into shelters.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty; even dirty cops.

Just as to call an supposed victim a 'victim', is not objective. The term 'complainant' or 'deceased' which ever the case may be, would be more appropriate.
