My experience of the Malt Ball was that it was a sea of dudes with beards wearing plaid. But I was there for the early session, so maybe all the cute girls came out later...
HUB (Williams or Powell) has one that's huge. Not sure how they'll stack up against the competition, but they aint bad and easily feed two.
What about the clusterfuck that is Woodlawn? And all the streets between northeast Ainsworth and Alberta (and between 15th and MLK) that just stop being through streets and dead end with maddening frequency?
