The Gravlax Bord with pickled beet salad, horseradish creme and lightly toasted brown bread is one of the most delicious lunches I have ever had in my life. The open kitchen, cute staff and Scandinavian knick-knacks give your eyes a feast while you're waiting for your food. They also serve liquor, including a couple kinds of Akvavit, and Stumptown coffee. I love Broder Cafe.
