Apparently they're observing their birthday for the entire month - there are also specially priced menus Mondays and Tuesdays for the rest of the month. Its not $3 price points, but it still includes spumoni.

I once saw the PPB tackle a man in the alley behind my house and continue to hit him after he'd yielded. Strangely enough, when I went in the backyard with a video camera, they stopped.
