I definitely second the strategy of very slowly cutting back like Blabby mentioned. That's what worked for me. I started at around 10 a day before I really got serious about the idea of quitting (going up way more if something was stressing me out), but was able to ween myself gradually over maybe six months, to the point where I was smoking one or two a day. I guess sometimes you just have to rip the bandaid off, but for me gently pulling it off was what worked.
Shouldn't you technically be writing these people and confronting them yourself, as opposed to leaving an IA? Or even posting a Status Update with said critique of friends for all to see and be free to logically deduce applies to themselves? That would even be possible to do while remaining civil, courteous and not insulting or demeaning anybody. I know, fucking crazy, right?
I mean, if we're following the logical flow of your post, that would be what you would do, as opposed to being passive aggressive and saying nothing while you melt down online, right?
I mean, but this is fucking Portland though, right? Fuck 'em.
People getting up in your personal space and bumming smokes off you constantly is just a 'You need to quit' tax. That's always how I looked at it.
And then I magically quit smoking... and guess how many fuck faces have come up to me since and asked me for a cigarette before rolling their eyes at me and storming off?
Goddamn the guy narrating this video is such a dipshit.
If you have to watch this video, mute it.
You actually still use your phone to TALK?
What barn did you grow up in?
It's okay, if there's a flood in Coava this morning, or at Weiden and Kennedy, I'm sure you can just elevate your feet and wait for it to pass. Or pendleton wool is probably pretty good for sopping up a few dabs of water on leather.
Make sure to instagram it, whatever you do.
I bet they're vegan and smoke while wearing leather shoes, too.
Someone do a slow-roll past the Red and Black and find this asshole based off that description.
