CATC does not directly take people who are acutely psychotic, violent, minors, drug or alcohol dependent, only take uninsured or certain OHP, do not do night admits and ultimately get to select who they take. They have a total capacity of 16. Mult Co crisis and Proj. Respond take people to the ER. For the most part they have not made that much of a difference to the city's mental health crisis. What are you expecting from the police?

I dont care who shows up in this town, but I want more of my neighbors are educated and employed than not. I have lived in uneducated communities with high unemployment rates and they suck. Oh, and if you cannot afford your first two children, then maybe a third is a bad idea.

The reason it is badass is that it does not use real animals therefore no risk that every ass will purchase a live creature for their child and then toss it out when they lose interest or learn that it acutally has needs that need to be met. Such the life of so many chihuahuas in dog pounds. If you are going to make a film and feature real animals, the ethical thing to do would make the character something that most people would never consider trying to keep in their home.
