Defacing public or private property without permission is a crime no matter how artful someone believes it to be. If you keep it in a gallery more power to you; but as soon as it's outside the gallery on something that isn't yours you deserve to be arrested, prosecuted, and responsible for the damages. Pretty simple concept eh?
A bloody drunk bum approaches a police officer with a knife, refuses to drop it, and is shot in the process....so what's the controversy here? Are people in this town so deluded that they don't understand that cops have the right to use deadly force? Shit almighty I'm sick of hearing people piss and moan about this stuff. If a cop tells me to drop something I drop it, if a cop tells me to get on the ground I get on the ground...and why? Because they're fucking cops and they can shoot me if I don't!!!! Why is this concept so damn hard to understand in this town?!?!? How many of these oh so innocent victims would still be alive if they'd just shut up and done what the officer told them to do in the first place?
Hey PDXER if the untreated mental issues and drug dependencies lead to criminal activities those homeless teens are indeed criminals. You're lucky, your job is to help them. The police on the other hand are there to keep those those criminals from harming everyone else and hopefully themselves as well. I have never had a problem with the police in this town, thanks to dolts like you they are painted in bad light because being responsible for your own actions is too hard a concept for you to understand.
Hardly anyone played Braid? It was the 2nd highest selling Live game of last year and according to Metacritic is the highest rated Live game available. Not to mention all of the end of year awards it garnered...
Self righteous jackasses making a parody of growing their own food for their own self satisfaction does not a role in the ecosystem make. Oh yes, seriously.
From what funds are road repairs and upgrades based on? Vehicle licensing fees and federal road funds. Which of those do you contribute to again?
It's amazing not only how you not only assume you must be more successful than a anonymous person online but also make assumptions regarding their driving and lifestyle habits as well. How is the view from your ivory tower of moral superiority anyway? To think you have the gall to call myself both selfish and a twit...
Impact of the "twice-daily Vehicle Bridge Pedal"? You mean like a functioning local economy? Someone has to pay for your bike lanes and it sure isn't you.
