Perhaps you need to stop projecting your own negative feelings into the way you perceive a stranger's posture to assume.
^ Yes, only the very secure people stay at home during neighborhood events, preferring only to hang with a very carefully chosen ring of individuals at hand-picked locations so as not to ever be mistaken as being part of one of those uncool crowds featured in Last Thursdays or Sunday Parkways.
Because crowds at public events are definitely filled only with people who look and act the same. They probably all live in Beaverton or Gresham, too. All of them.
The attraction is being around other human beings. Doing human being things, like riding a bike and eating a corn dog, watching children act like children, visiting parks, being outside, I dunno, breathing air? being alive?
Sorry to interfere with your "routine". I sure hope someone drank those PBRs in your absence or filled in to wait that table due to your yet again late arrival to work.
So does this 40 million get factored into how MODA spends your premiums? My guess is probably not, that somehow the city, the blazers and Moda figured a way to spend this money and skirt the premium law, probably by pulling the funds from some shady scheme that is not "premiums". I'd like to see some investigation on that.
This is so very confusing.
I think anon is just pissed that their clearly superior and attention worthy act didn't get the admiration they wanted. Don't try to blame it on the alcohol or "drugs" ( who goes to an open mic to take drugs? ) Your act sucked. You suck. Learn 3 chords and try to not be so much of a downer next time.
Rape is non-consensual sex. Usually by force and only in some law-defined cases not by force.
Allowing someone to have sex with you under the pretext of being rewarded with a baby seems more in line with prostitution than rape.
Especially since a turkey baster ( which really does work ) should could not possibly be a financial barrier to artificially inseminating.
More likely, this anon is total BS.
