      <![CDATA[Please do work on closing Boardman plant.  Living in the Gorge, smoke from it can be plainly seen many days in the winter and heat of summer.  Start looking at and posting solar options.  Wind is not very viable since it got corporatized into monster bird killing machines in the air.  In the Nevada desert, farmers have always used windmills but they are small, not mega testosterone windmills like they are installing up and down the gorge.

      <![CDATA[If we get 40% of our electricity from this plant, demanding it's shut-down without offering a viable plan to replace all that power is ridiculous.
