<![CDATA[The wine list is reasonable, so is the food. Tapas gets more fun with more people and a couple of times at Patanegra I've been in large groups who ordered a "chef's choice." Everything they brought out was great!

<![CDATA[Ok, so the food they WEREN'T out of was pretty good, especially their croquetas. It was a little pricey, which made really doing the tapas thing (ordering a million different plates) financially difficult. All that I can understand. What I cannot understand is where a so-called tapas place gets off being out of tortilla espanola and not even having patatas bravas on the menu. These two dishes comprised my entire diet while I lived a year in Madrid. And, they were out of bread. And, their sangria was way too sweet. Unfortunately, Portland is a little starved for tapas places- so I'll say, give this place a try.. just keep your expectations low.
