<![CDATA[This article captures the spirit of the founders of Bradley-Angle House. Bonnie Tinker was very articulate about the way that healing and empowerment takes place...by those who have experienced the violence working together. This understanding is at the root of the movement to stop domestic violence, which is now 35 years old. We honor Bonnie's memory by remembering these roots. (Bonnie Tinker was killed in July 2009 in Virginia, when a truck turned right in front of her bicycle.)
